Prospective customers are naturally interested in the bottom line.
The fairest and most honest answer is,
"It depends..."
There are so many variables that contribute to the final web site such as;
1. the number of pages,
2. custom graphics,
3. extent of content & photos,
4. interactivity such as forms,
5. shopping cart with or without online sales,
6. Flash, video, and other kinds of creative additions.
7. or choosing a non-custom Template site.
Since cost is always an issue, we will do our best to work with you to create the site you want and can afford now.
You can always upgrade or add to it later.
New websites are estimated using a project rate. To give you a preliminary idea of costs for a basic custom site use this scale;
First page - $300.
Second page - $200.
Each page after that - $100.
Extras such as ecommerce, Flash intros & forms will be an extra charge.
Updates after the site is completed are billed at an hourly rate of $50.
(Updates on websites I did not personally create are billed at an hourly rate of $75.)
You will also need a domain name and hosting account. These charges vary from company to company. The IWD service or the companies I prefer to work with average $10.99 per year for domain names and $6.95 per month for hosting.
